SAP MM Module Overview

The material management module (SAP MM ) in SAP consists of several components & sub components . The most famous and most common are master data, purchases, and inventory.

All these components have their own sub components, which are necessary for certain business processes, and all processes are performed using transactions.

A transaction (in SAP) means processing certain information to meet the requirements of a business process.
